Fish -- hassle factor for me was extremely low, but RobE sent me all the forms I needed and ran interference in advance to get things squared away. Also, luckily, Julie Goloski told me how to get things worked out in advance with U.S. Customs so I didn't run into any troubles coming back over the border, either.

RobE -- Thanks for the kind words and all the help with the infiltration. Good luck at the World Shoot!

I think we were in the CBSA station for about 15 minutes while the guys talked about the paperwork. Never even asked to see Todd's guns or mags. Paperwork was processed pretty quick with almost zero questions.

Todd;
Wondering about the "hassle" factor in bringing the pistol into Canada.
I know there is a bunch of paperwork but was it accepted without problems?

huge thanks to Todd for the course this weekend. working on a proper AAR over the next couple of days. but to make it short, Todd rocks. his course content is excellent, and he's a phenomenal instructor. we are all looking forward to the next time we can get him up here.
