Congratulations to Kyle Armstrong for his clean 5.24 run on the F.A.S.T. this past week during the pistol-forum.com Rogers Shooting School trip. Kyle is one of the instructors at Rogers and shot the drill cold right before class. It was impressive to watch him step up and shoot someone else’s test — without preparation — during his own class. Congrats on a great run, Kyle, and welcome to the F.A.S.T. Wall of Fame. Next time, challenge coin!

Very nice work!
Kyle – Thanks again for all of your help this weekend. I really enjoyed the class.
Kyle’s a great guy. Congrats to him!
Very much kudos. Did he run the M&P or Glock?
I have never seen Kyle have anything but a Gen 4 G17 and an ALS holster.
GJM – He ran an M&P for a lot of the demonstrations.
I would think the test would be like one of ours. You make it or don’t? Didn’t know close counted!
REDodd — In fact, it’s exactly like Rogers in that there are graduated levels of accomplishment. There’s basic (above 10+ seconds), Intermediate (7-9.99s), Advanced (5-6.99s), and Expert (under 5s). To get the coin requires two sub-5 runs clean out of the first three runs in a day.
My apologies, I thought it was like pregnancy… All or nothing
