@Ryklys – The BWH sysadmin is, to put is politely, someone who has not yet run out of possibilities to educate themselves further on the basics of, well, the internet, yes. I recommend using a simple web proxy like http://hidemyass.com/proxy/
@ToddG – I am not sure whether he counts as having “more than a little inside knowledge”, as he himself states “In fact, I don’t take expert witness cases until I’ve seen all the evidence, and the prosecution was extremely slow in providing that. I wound up not being involved. “. His post on the “unarmed teen” only uses information that was publicly available.
But you are right, it is promising to be an excellent article, since Mas quite literally wrote the book on self defense.
Tobias — In the first article, Mas clearly states that he spoke to multiple members of Zimmerman’s defense team(s). Just because he hadn’t seen every bit of evidence the prosecution was supposed to provide doesn’t mean he saw none of the evidence. Thus my comment.
