Having completed its “investigation” related to the March 2013 recall of certain Model C pistols, Caracal is now recalling all Model C guns worldwide. According to Caracal
“[The] potential safety issues cannot be addressed through a repair of the Model C pistol and all Model C pistol’s must be returned for refund.”
Caracal will provide either a refund of the purchase price or a voucher toward a different Caracal product.
The recall notice makes it abundantly clear that owners should not load or attempt to fire their Caracal C pistols. Customers in the United States can call 205-655-7050 or email the company at info@caracal-usa.com while international customers are instructed to email recall@caracal.ae instead.
