  1. Impressive! That’s excellent shooting. I’ve been watching Dave Sevigny’s YouTube vid of his record setting run. Having worked on that drill for quite a while now, I can attest that it only looks easy, since he’s so blazing fast. I can’t make it happen quite as quick as he does. lol!

  2. hey wasn’t Mike supposed to get something for his score from last year?

  3. Todd,
I have a question about the FAST target: where exactly does the 3×5 card on the head go? Does the “official target” have it in the right place relative to the body?

    Thanks.

  4. Bill — Since there is a reload in between the shots to the 3×5 rectangle and the shots to the 8″ circle, exact placement of the two is not important. In classes, I’ll usually use the 8″ circle of an IDPA target and a 3×5 card stapled to the center of the head box. But it really doesn’t matter. Putting them very close together isn’t going to provide any advantage.

  5. Thanks Todd. For the record, Troy is 16. If you have kids start them young & teach them well.

  6. Todd, you did a good job, I’m happy to spread the word. Todd’s shooting doctrine is pretty similar to Tactical Response’s. There are some differences in specific techniques but I think they compliment each other well regardless of personal conflicts.
