Though I intended to post about the first range session I had with the P32 this week, the August Rangemaster newsletter, cut the line. Put out by Tom and Lynn Givens (as if I needed to explain that) they had a VERY nice article about our ODP class in Oklahoma this past June. Having trained and shot with Tom a few times now, having him in class as a student was a great honor. His classes are immensely enjoyable and I always learn something when I’m around him, so whether he is teaching or taking, I’m very happy to be on the range with him. I met Tom through TLG, of course, and Todd thought very highly of Tom. When Todd created pistol-forum.com, Tom was one of his first picks as an SME to help guide the forum. I encourage any of you who have not trained with Tom to do so. And, if you are not a subscriber to the Rangemaster newsletter, get in touch with them and see about signing up. Every month has a good drill or test to try your hand at, and well-written articles about topics of interest.
I heartily agree. I always look forward to the monthly Rangemaster newsletter. Tom shares his wisdom in each issue and I find his historical perspective very valuable.
