A trusted source inside Glock emailed to let me know that the G35 (competition .40) and G21 (full size .45) Gen4 guns are in production rather than “coming soon” as I’d originally posted. Correction has been made to the original post.
Also, I forgot to mention that John Ralston of 5 Shot Leather showed me the latest iteration of an AIWB design we’ve been working on since last year’s show. You will definitely see the final product available some time this year.

The Gen4 G35 has been out for almost 3 months now.
Its the G34 that is not yet out in the Gen4 configuration.
You can see a video of the glock 21 and glocks new beaver tails for the GEN 4’S on downrange tv.

While it’s doubtlessly in production, the Gen4 G21 is not yet approved by the BATF for US consumption. My sources tell me that it’s with them now for evaluation/approval, but that the process normally takes about 60 days-so I’m thinking that it’ll be a minimum of 30 to 45 days before any Gen4 G21s actually become available.
