That failure was along the lines of pilot error for sure!! Don’t think you should say that it was a malfunction of the gun. That would be saying that it was the car fault for a wheel falling off when a negligent mechanic did NOT tighten the wheel lugs! Sorry, I do NOT consider the pistols fault. I fault the gunsmith!
