M&P Monday: Week Seventeen

32,265 rounds
2 stoppages, 0 malfunctions, 0 parts breakages

As promised, this week includes the fourth accuracy test which was performed at about the 31,000 round point. All results are based on the average of five 5-shot groups fired by hand using a Delta rest as support. Range is 25 yards.

  • Federal 124gr +p HST: 1.99″
    • week 1: 1.46″
    • week 6: 2.05″
    • week 10: 1.69″

The gun was not cleaned before this test, like last time. You can see that accuracy has been pretty consistent over the past twenty-thousand rounds. Once the 50,000 point has been reached, we’ll do a very thorough cleaning of the barrel to see if that makes any difference.

  1. good to hear it’s still going strong. Any chance you might take some pics of the locking block area, and other wear points too? just to see how it’s standing up.
