The pistol-training.com M&9 prototype

ptc1-logo

ptc1-glamourIt’s finally here! The official, in-the-flesh (in-the-steel?) pistol-training.com M&P9!

Well, almost but not quite. Due to potential trademark issues with another company that produces a line of guns with a “PT” prefix, a slightly different engraving will be used on the production guns. Also, the watch is not included. 8)

You can click on any of the photos in this post to see larger versions.

The gun turned out absolutely perfect. Huge thanks to Smith & Wesson‘s Joe Bergeron for jumping through hoops of fire to make this happen. Also, special thanks to Scott Warren for providing the sights … These 2-dot Warren Tactical night sights will be standard on all pistol-training.com M&P9 pistols.

To get on the wait list for the special edition pistol-training.com M&P9, contact Grant at G&R Tactical, the exclusive distributor.

  1. Looks great Todd. Congratulations! Did they give you a rough time frame for when it will be available for the rest of us?

  2. Can’t wait to get my mitts on one of these!

Congrats and thanks to Todd and everyone else who made this a reality.

  3. That’s pretty dang squared away! Does this gun have any Performance Center work other than the PC sear? I think you’ve done well with this one. The watch is sweet, too. That’s a nice pairing; wish I had it. I’ve just got a Seiko diver and an MnP9. lol!

  4. Looks great, Todd. Now what we need to do is get an AFHF class together for all those Virginia boys who bought one of these neat-o guns.

The wait on these has been excruciating, but I think the end product will be well worth it.

  5. Glad to see its finally out!
Add a “c” for com and have it for the trigger in the engraving? Maybe that would be enough to satisfy everyone?

    Good luck!

  6. En Costa Rica, la usamos como pistola de servicio, es una exelente arma de fuego, la recomendamos.

  7. This looks like it’ll be a great addition. Unfortunately I got to handle an M&P 9 with a thumb safety and kinda want one of those too. Any chance of a thumb safety version Todd? Sorry, I just had to ask.
